I bought this watch for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Apparently G Shocks are a trend and other watches aren’t as cool. Lol, who knew? Anyway, she loves it! She got tons of compliments from her friends at school. I don’t know much about the technical aspects of it, but she had no problem figuring it out. She’s very happy with her watch. I would highly recommend it and Amazon’s price could not be beat!

I needed an exact replacement for my watchband. I found same on this site.
Most of the places that sell watchbands no longer have the correct replacements. They do not care. If something similar to this happens to you, go online. Look for original replacements.

Typical g-shock, great looks, great durability. I can't believe I would score a g-shock two stars, but here is why. This is more of a dress watch rather than a work watch for me, thus received minimal use and wear. Most of the edges of the watch have wore the yellow off and are now black. The yellow is only a top coating, and is actually black underneath. The appearance of this once great looking watch are now not so great. Bummer, this could of been such a great watch if it was yellow plastic all the way through, rather than a coating. I bought this watch around a year ago in Dubai airport, returning home to the states. Typical g-shock, great looks, great durability. I can’t believe I would score a g-shock two stars, but here is why. This is more of a dress watch rather than a work watch for me, thus received minimal use and wear. Most of the edges of the watch have wore the yellow off and are now black. The yellow is only a top coating, and is actually black underneath. The appearance of this once great looking watch are now not so great. Bummer, this could of been such a great watch if it was yellow plastic all the way through, rather than a coating. I own four g-shocks, and any future purchases will be only black watches.

It shows the day of the week, which is nice, but instead of using one of the two digital data windows for a normal calendar function, it displays the same time, in digital form, which is being shown on its analog hands. And instead of a sweep second hand, it uses the bottom half of the other window, where the day of the week is displayed, to show the seconds in digital form. And even then, you need to hold the watch at just the right angle to the light in order to read the yellow-on-black digital displays. The specs on this watch is no different or special from any other G-shock. Casio.com actually has this watch for $130 they're just currently out of stock...I'll wait until they re-stock and buy it from them. Just because the watch is a Ricky Dee design does not give this merchant the right to double the price. This is a nice watch but it’s a regular Casio G Shock watch that’s white with some colour highlights. The specs on this watch is no different or special from any other G-shock. Casio.com actually has this watch for $130 they’re just currently out of stock…I’ll wait until they re-stock and buy it from them. Just because the watch is a Ricky Dee design does not give this merchant the right to double the price. That’s called price gouging and it’s unethical.

On second consideration…this watch is exactly the same as the Casio Men’s GA110C-7ACR ….the only thing that’s different is the colouring.
